    What does YouTube do if you submit a video at an aspect ratio wider than 16:9? Does it crop it or does it letterbox it or what?

          @mrmattimation You could tell it to crop it, though. Or even stretch it. I believe Youtube still supports the yt:crop=16:9 yt:stretch=16:9 yt:stretch=4:3 tags to do that.
