@mrmattimation I went over it in red, hope that's fine. The main thing I noticed is ear placement, which is easy to get right when you know that ears are always in line with the eyes. I also tried to identify facial structure problems, which were really only prominent in the side-view. I hope this helps in some small way. (Also women don't usually have big wide shoulders like that so I gave her a more flattering one) http://pny.lv/qhsh

@mrmattimation It's fine, I don't mean to scold. I just did it because I saw the picture and there were some easy fixes you could do to make it better.
