@tiffany I find it funny that you'd say that while having a OPM avatar but I get what you mean. Not that I'd necessarily describe Concrete Revolutio as "quirky" but it's definitely very much an "anime" anime if that makes any sense.

@tiffany I mean in the sense that a lot of its storytelling beats are kind of native to anime as a medium, or inspired by traits developed by other media that have since become staples in the anime medium.

@tiffany Honestly out of your list it's hard to choose one show because of the shows on your that I've seen they're all really good and worth watching so it's hard to just recommend one. Are you in the mood for anything in particular right now, or vice versa?

@tiffany Daredevil is very much a noir action show with some detective motifs as well. Its writing isn't outstanding, but I'd say it's definitely more than just serviceable. The real highlights are the stylish and varied direction as well as the really well choreographed action sequences.
