        I am confused by what you are saying.
        Where did the conclusion of a power plant come from?
        In my area, I've had a few power surges, and they have been happening around the state as well in varying frequency.

        1. @metaltao Xcel is having problems. Mostly weather related, and you know, you kinda have to work with weather when you claim to be the number 1 wind farm company

        2. @metaltao Power surges happen EVERYWHERE in varying frequency. It's what "varying frequency" means. If you're having frequent outages, it's an issue at the plant that supplies your electricity. Hence where power plants entered the conversation.
