      it's the reason why network providers have to throttle, it's the reason why torrenting is a thing, and it's the reason why my school's servers are banana,
      and if you think it's bad when you have 2 computers networking, think like this:
      you are only ONE user, think how it would be with HUNDREDS at the same time, all running to the same file
