    hey @mrmattimation... turns out that Youtube's "new" policy has been in place for a while, they just never updated the TOS. "YouTube's terms of service outline advertiser-unfriendly content that is disqualified from making money, and it did not change those rules nor alter how it monitors or enforces them, a YouTube representative said.       @rarity Yeah, they emailed a bunch of content creators with this info last night. I'm still looking into it myself, but I'm pretty sure that regardless of what they say they did step up enforcement at the very least.
