    What's the rule for using no-commentary Let's Play footage in a video? Do I have to ask the player first or what?

      @mrmattimation If there is nothing that makes there content "unique" then it would most likely be property of the publisher. Considering most, not all, major publications have statements regarding such things, and most require permissions to use footage of gameplay for any commercial reason.
