        @moonmanatgscon The Dark Knight trilogy was totally stupid and started this horrible trend of "no fun allowed" dark and edgy superhero movies with little to no substance other than its edge factor.

          @mrmattimation the first one was weak and the third was garbage but the second was masterfully directed and did a fantastic job of delivering action while not dumbing down the moral challenges joker threw at Batman.

          Have you watched the Burton ones again recently? The first is unwatchable and Batman returns is less challenging, sillier, and more  unnecessarily dark than dark Knight.
