    I am absolutely appalled, but not shocked, by the administration's near-genocidal unwillingness to help my people. Trump is worried about PR, but he is NOT concerned with Puerto Rico. Absolutely nobody can defend his behavior. It is absolutely, 100% impossible to defend.
