  1. Some of you are Linux people..... If anyone has knowledge of Ubuntu (or maybe any Linux), I would ask for your help.

    2. @xeleanorxrigbyx I don't use Ubuntu, but I have some general Linux knowledge. What can I help you with?

      1. @omni Well thanks. I had my PC dual booted with Win 7 and Ubuntu, and formatted the Win 7 partition. Now GRUB is freaking out with "error: no such partition. Grub rescue>" I tried booting to USB with an UBuntu iso and it doesn't recognize the boot drive.

        1. @xeleanorxrigbyx How did you create the dual-boot? Normal CD installation or Wubi (That weird "installer" you use inside of Windows)?

          1. @omni Whatever's within Ubuntu to do that. Can't remember its name.

            1. @xeleanorxrigbyx http://www.rajeshrana.net/2010/10/12/grub-error-no-such-partition-grub-rescue/ should work. If you need help identifying your partition just give me the output of fdisk -l
