Atleast one of my projects is going well, A hybrid Linux-Windows OS. Well, me and my friends project.

@widget Looooong story, but in short its basically the best of linux and windows mashed together, with full support for everything windows and linux. It has a windows xp feel, and is pretty damn amazing so far.

@widget Wine isn't involved at all, were using another method, which till we get this ready for use and have the source up, is not getting revealed. It's also mostly all c based.

@widget Like I said, it's essentially Linux and WIndows all in one OS, so technically it is windows, and it's Linux at the same time.

@rainbowdashdc If this turns out really well and can in fact run windows programs natively, windows really becomes redundant and obsolete. (this will be free, right?)
