Anybody know a good way to recover photos from an Android device? My mother may have lost all her photos and for some reason 70% of the backups on her computer have 0 bytes file sizes

@scoot If it's not appearing directly in the Android interface, plug it into a computer with a USB, and look for a folder called DCIM (I think) and another one called Downloads. If the photos aren't in those places, I dunno what to tell you. Sorry. :(

@zeldatra They are not even fully showing up with recovery software. I've found like 39 out of a possible 260

@scoot The zero byte files might be because she didn't let the photos back up properly. Are these cloud backups or backups onto her computer?

@scoot sucks bro. I'm an apple person. It backs right up to iTunes when I connect my computer. Does she upload them to like Facebook? She could redownload them from there
