It's funny how an existential crisis can just sort of sneak up on you.

@thatonesleeper are you looking into the Void or is the Void looking into you?

@vcgriffin The void is contemplating if it should have bitten the bullet of being poor it's whole life by choosing acting, which is it's true passion, instead of computer engineering.

@thatonesleeper Lately I've been wondering if I'd be happy living in a van and writing full-time.

@scribus I think if I do decide to become an actor that I'll need a real job.

@thatonesleeper Ok I see your problem :/ all I can relate is the story of my old English teacher at school, who did archaeology, then became a Coroner and then went to teach English. So you have a lot more time than you think. You shouldn't be worried about having limited your options now juts because you have gone down one road now, there is time to explore lots more of the map.

@vcgriffin I'm not sure if you're telling me to stay the course or go with what I care about.

@thatonesleeper @scribus I would rather be poor and happy with my career choice than rich and unhappy. Of course being both is also nice. @vcgriffin brings up a very good point as well.

@thatonesleeper @rikka When you are kid, the Question 'what do you want to be when you grow up' seems a good one. When you get older it becomes more of a burden.
