              @scribus I get a bit of flak for having an American (guess it sounds american) name, and strange cadence/accent. On a more related note, trying to grow muttonchops or are we happy with our sideburns the way they are?

                              @scribus Most of the time they do double in this case do they not? I've only been to the renaissance festival here in Minnesota, and that I'd say is not a good example of renaissance faires for at least historical accuracy's sake.

                                      @scribus Tickets aren't too bad here, you can catch them for half price like a month before it starts. the problem is food and impulse stuff. As with most if not all tourist attractions though.

                                            @awlderpy I was with St. Cuthbert's guild. Peasants and pageantry! Basically, the "intro" level stuff, but it was fun!

                                                @awlderpy I didn't heckle much. I pretended that helicopters overhead were dragons, and had wood sword fights with kids, though.

                                                  @scribus I love having play fights with kids. When I gave away all my nerf guns to neighborhood kids we had a big street-war and it was the most fun I've had in ages.
