@nerthos well, you can always buy a stolen one. But yeah, here those are the prices of car in general. But, actually, the government lets low income people buy their cars paying in 1 billion parcells so they can say they are helping peopl eto have their own cars. The bad side is that this is the recipe for heavy traffic jams

@mushi It isn't a part of the USA per-se. We just own it and we use the same currency and Obama is the Puerto Rican president and yeah it's a part of the USA in everything but technical status. You don't even need a passport to go there.
