@renovatedkitchen Feel like dying most of the time. I've very seriously considered swallowing all of my antidepressants at once on multiple occasions.

@renovatedkitchen Yeah. I'm not going to take "we're moving you to a higher dose" for an answer this time though. New meds or nothing.

@renovatedkitchen I went from 10mg to 15mg of my current meds. They don't work, though.

@renovatedkitchen Yeah. He suggested that dosage might not be the problem, since different antidepressants work on different receptors in the brain. I just have to find the one that works.

@yodelerty Might need a different class of meds altogether; almost looks like 15mg from what little I have seen is pushing the limit on that particular one, depending on how often you're to take it.

@awlderpy I kind of figured. I'm really hoping the next one I try is the right one though. I want to feel good for once.

@yodelerty Might not hurt to ask advices as to non-medical things like acupuncture, or change of diet or whatever. Doctors might be able to tell you what they think can work in your case, again never hurts to ask.

@awlderpy I'll be sure to take that into consideration. I really don't ask my doctor enough questions anyway.

@yodelerty I found the only way to get the most of their help is to essentially berate them with questions (if indeed I'm using the term correctly)

@renovatedkitchen Just pills. I don't know when I'd have time for therapy. Might help though.

@yodelerty They say pills are like a band-aid, but if you take them along with social work, that fixes the problem for good.

@renovatedkitchen Yeah.. But my schedule is so tight. I dunno if any good therapists do weekend work. I guess that's something to ask my doctor though.
