@rotation Are you planning to?
Tuesday, 10-Jan-12 17:55:17 UTC from web-
@rotation I'm noticing a distressing lack of mentions of Glasgow in EqD's nightly roundups. Has anyone submitted anything to them?
-
-
I really want to go to one of these !midlands meet-ups, and the February 18th one would be great. Just now need to organize travel etc.

@theawesomepinkpony I'm not "new", but I'm just not on here very often.
-
@rotation Aye, I was thinking the same thing. Though I'm probably going to have to sort some other things out too.
-
@ceruleanspark Yeah, that one.
-
-
At the rate Boomerang is going, we'll probably get the second half of series two in 2014. !uk

@ceruleanspark Boomerang will NEVER pay for it
-
@greydragon412 "Secret of Success" at 4pm on Boomerang+1!
-
@greydragon412 yep, suited for success is just starting now on boomerang + 1
-
-
!uk Aha! My prediction was correct. Second half of the season is airing from today (episode 14) on Boomerang at 3pm.

@ecmc1093 It was Suited for Success. The best episode.
-
@thelastgherkin I got home halfway through so I missed Art of the dress! I must watch the repeat just for that.
-
@ecmc1093 @ceruleanspark So I just missed the uk premiere if Suited for success!!! Damn it! And damn my family!

!yorkshirebronies !uk !midlandsbronies !lincsyorkshirebronies @purplephish20 Man, @rotation does some serious travelling for his meetups! I would never expect him to travel that far, but he has done it before. I would enjoy seeing him again!

@stecissunrise Oh man that would be awesome! Do you reckon you would be able to do a really good version of the Yorkshire OC for it? :D
Saturday, 07-Jan-12 23:12:51 UTC from web-
@klayking Draw him in? Of course!
-
@stecissunrise Man that will be awesome! I'm not so sure on the details yet other than it is planned for Leeds, hopefully on the 28th. Hopefully we can finalise the details by next week, which gives plenty of time for people to arrange travel!
-
@klayking !yorkshire I'm thinking if we get an advert like this poster up somewhere good we'd beat sheffield in terms of numbers, we could always ask the meetup king Rotation if he's interested in part-taking but he hasn't been seen (at least by me) in about a week so... !uk !midlands !lincsyorkshirebronies OI! You lot! Potential meetup in Leeds on the 28th! You interested?

!uk !midlands !lincsyorkshirebronies Ok, @klayking is in the process of organising a meetup in Leeds at some point in the future, he's using THIS group > !Yorkshire which of course (in comparison to !midlands on the whole) requires numbers! So if your anywhere at all within the vivinity of Leeds or just far enough away you can get to a meetup, give us a buzz! !Yorkshire

!uk The timeslot for the show on Boomerang is changing back to 3:00pm next Monday, and if I remember correctly, that was the timeslot back when they first started showing it, so my guess is that they may actually start the second half of the season. I think it's still not extremely likely though.

!uk am I the only one in the world who loves the Gocompare man? Yet I hate the wonga.com puppets, I can tell no matter where I am in the house that they are on tv, it's either "Sliders!!! That how we roll here!" or "Go comparrrrrrrrrrre!"

Just saw the latest !uk MLP magazine, it comes with a Twilight Sparkle toy camera. Not as awesome as Pinkie Pie stationery set last issue, so I didn't buy it.

!uk Also you can now get 'Filly' brand phone cases at Pound World, if you want some neon pink g3-style ponies!

@thelastgherkin That unicorn is a relative of Liv Tyler!
-
@ceruleanspark I know, that's why I picked it~!
-
@rotation Something like "I see no reason why they couldn't mix it up a little", followed swiftly by "after marriage!"
-
-
!uk I will likely be raiding the reading Toys r Us for solid hair ponies, since I heard they stock them now. If not, I can alteast look at the pretty ponies. Aynone even half interested reply! I might be lonely :<

@extremelyextreme Tesco's, They got the early contract on them and that's where I got my Twilight from. Got the others off Amazon
-
@silvarrn Oooh, tescos has solids? tell me which Tescos!
-
@extremelyextreme Hah, I went to the Ipswich one on Wednesday last week. They had Twilight's Balloon, Twilight and Fluttershy fashion ponies, and a LOT of the old ones (ugh). The best thing they had was Cheerliee's Schoolhouse, which I have asked for Hearth's Warming like a BAWS.

-
@rotation Which, since no-one drives, will get you nothing but wasted fuel. Clearly, you are not ready for survival in today's harsh reality. Good thing I hope to make it to the meetup in January, so I can say a proper goodbye before the snow apocalypse comes and the wolves move in to prey on the weak.

@rotation And you'll need those socks when you're freezing in your car, stuck in traffic while those of us who are prepared skip by outside, dancing in the powdery snow.
-
@rotation So you'll sit at home, gnawing on your socks to stave off your hunger as your inadequate winter supplies dwindle?

@creideiki :U

Bah, so terrible at organising things... I'm sorry! Still not really active here either, but I spotted http://forums.rainbowdash.com/index.php?topic=634.0 on EqD. Glasgow on the 7th of January sounds interesting!

@pineappleskitter You forgot two important steps in your plan :) 14:00 Episode 2 is broadcast. Attempt to watch livestream on mobile phones. Epic fail. 15:00 HD rips are posted to YouTube.
-
@creideiki Go crazy from indecision - watch it now with friends, or wait until back home with big screen and good headphones?
-
@creideiki Forgot? No... I just don't think that there'll be a way to watch season two while we're together. Although less than ideal, the idea is that we'd wait until going to our separate homes and watch on our lonesomes. I'd have organised it for a different day, but weekdays have work and Sundays have poor public transport.
-
-
@rotation @puck My schedule for this week still isn't set, so I have no idea where I'll be and when I'll have the time. Better to wait until Saturday, I think.

Moving things to http://scotlandbronies.tumblr.com/ for now!

I've posted something http://britbroniesunited.deviantart.com/blog/44208941/ aswell, and I can be contacted by email at PineappleSkitter [at] Gmail.com. Someone mentioned the blog post to Equestria Daily, so that's popped up on the Nightly roundup. Current plan is to meet up on the Saturday! Now all I need to do is work out some way of getting everyone's contact details in one place to keep in touch...

@rotation @puck Three of us within a few minutes' walking distance? I'd say that sounds like a good starting point for a meet.

@rotation I just moved to Glasgow to study, and have been unable to find a single fellow brony on campus. An !edinburghbronies meet sounds like a good idea.
-
@rotation University of Glasgow, College of Arts. Perhaps I would have better luck finding bronies at a geekier school? :)
