  2. @rarity I always felt more like I'm half minotaur though... Or perhaps a really really REALLY handsome hornless one

  5. @scribus stenuous ?

  6. @nerthos Do not even joke about that. Nightmares gave me an irrational fear for the "SJW police" whom will fix all humanities problems. From 1984 to some weird Marxism overnight. Woke up crying I did.

  7. @nerthos Agreed. However tastefull and age-restrictions are 2 different things alltogether. Luckily we have trailers and stuff, I mean Deadpool could just make a movie about him swimming in a pool of boobs while shouting profianity. I mean, if you know the caracter & comics.

  8. @bobo That's ohkay. I was merely pointing out that the captured reply was witty enough to make me laugh.

  9. @bobo Ohyeah, I should avoid Run-on sentences. I am not great at that either.

  10. @nerthos I'm against every 18+ movie being as full of 18+ material as I suspect the Deadpool movie to be though ( yeah... I kinda have not seen it yet, my friend's car was full when they went to go and see it )

  11. @critialcloudkicker Wait, this is kinda circular logic, no ? What I meant @bobo that when you are making an arguement against ( for instance ) mold and mildew when going in a bachelors appartment should be a valid one. I really do not think that ANYONE would ever be pro mildew or mold in relation to living environments, although the "yeah I do not have time for that" excuse might stand up versus anyone but your parents. However when you advertise your house as a "museum of mildew" and then people start to write reviews online about how mildew and mold is bad for you and how you should stay away. That is where I draw the line, you are obviously going to find mildew and mold in a "mildew and mold museum". Does that mean we should get rid of the museum, or change the museum, because some people are incapable of doing their homework ahead of time ? ... Pretty sure that is how "nanny state's" developed. And people whine about those too, People can't win

Thursday, 25-Feb-16 16:32:38 UTC from web in context
  12. @bobo I am inclined to agree with you on a lot of topics, however, not on a movie starring Deadpool. Because that is like sitting on a box and then whining about how it is too square.

  13. Normally I stay away from any and all dumb comments on dumb articles, but I think that today I found a gem. http://rainbowdash.net/attachment/833560

  15. ( The Last Federation ) ... I am sorry for your loss Skylaxians. It seems that someone steered your science station straight into a local moon, and this time I had NOTHING to do with it. I swear, but hey, you guys started an awesome trend, keep it up :D

  16. ( The Last Federation ) There is a Trojan virus called I42. And the only known thing about it is "It sneaks into robotic brains and destroys them from the inside out". I really would have liked to read more about this virus. Also the Acutians gave me a quest to steal a temporary cure from subspace ( subspace creatures do not like this however ) ... How can a cure against a trojan be temporary ? ... Maybe I am reading too much into this

  17. @northernnarwhal Agreed, although I must say I was spoiled enough by today's franchised by the point where I played FO3 and FO:NV that I never really bothered to check what happens if you put the I=1 in S.P.E.C.I.A.L. ... Though in the classic FO games ( FO1 FO2 aruably BoS ) there was NO way you could get through it with any of them as low as 1. At least not untill you knew more about the game than about your immediate family.

  19. http://imgur.com/gallery/gK55VPs . HAH this made me laugh IRL, mostly it is the imgur explanative text that did it. ( nabbed from reddit /r/ pcmasterrace )

  20. ... I should really look towards finding me a good&helpfull IRL person who is willing to teach and/or show me the way around GRUB 2.0, and how to get my GTX 970 to cooperate fully with my monitors using xubuntu ( I dislike Unity ) or something else which I find nice. I am willing to learn all this stuff, yes, but I keep running into all sorts of problems ranging from simple configuration problems till AHCI. And yet it seems to have SO MUCH potential.

  21. @adiwan Good idea, but I am using an SSD, whenever it gets full enough that I can't make sense out of that mess I just order a dd if=/backup/cleanwindows7[date].img of=/dev/sda ( or at least by head I think it goes like that ). Anyway it would not be beneficial for my data-dump-disk whatsoever.

Thursday, 25-Feb-16 12:02:22 UTC from web in context
  22. ... I did it... There are only 6 GB free on my data disk, and I have NO idea what to delete to make room for new stuff of the random variaty

  24. @mrdragon We should have a beer, or a powwow. Clicking is a difficult thing nowadays since you get BOMBARDED with social media updates that they somehow expect everyone within their clicks to read. This is ofcourse "unfiltered bovine manure", since for every friend friend you can immagine there is a friend trump voter. While politics have nothing to do with this per-se, point is, opposite viewpoints.

  25. @northernnarwhal It also has a "hardcore" mode, which I really liked. Given it had me scourging the landscape for prickly pears every time I thought I saw a cactim the added immersion of "I am walking in a desert" was something I really lost when not playing hardcore.

Then again I tried that as a mod in Skyrim and then it just fell flat on it's face.

  28. @critialcloudkicker Wait, PTSD is ... that other thing... Darn I am thinking about the 1 time per month really cranky syndrome...

Thursday, 25-Feb-16 00:14:20 UTC from web in context
  29. ( The Last Federation ) ... Turns out that when you help a race construct spaceships ( even if they are just annoying little mosquito fighterjets ) the enemy stops bombing the planet... So now I am constructing a LOT of fighterjet for the Thoraxians ( the Acutians probably do not know or care ) to just get above 1 Thoraxian space-worthy vessel in the atmosphere, and meanwhile the Thoraxian people are lying eggs like crazy... or maybe the queen does, dunno, I care not really on how they work ( might not be PG-12 anyway ), All I know is that the Queen is like a lady on PTSD, with a race that has hivemind, and they are about as stable as how I percieve Carly Fiorina. ((( I am not enjoying the mental image of Carly Fiorina laying eggs, although I probably know what sort of face she'd make >_< )))
