@dasourmacaraccoon If he doesn't do anything on the site, then there's no problem with him. If he does something, surely colfax or one of the other authorities will ban him. Carrying here problems from other places is worse than what you claim him to do. He can believe and do whatever he wants to, as long as he follow the rules here.
