@ponydude2143 You do not have to use your computer. You use Amazon's cloud servers. Read the print: "To help new customers get started in the cloud, Amazon has introduced a free usage tier. The Tor Cloud images are all micro instances, and new customers can run a micro instance for free for a whole year. The AWS free usage tier also includes 15 GB of bandwidth out per month." The TOR software is designed to limit it to those limits.

@abigpony Well, just remember. Just because somebody uses a tool does not mean that they use it in a matter inconstant with law. Personally I use it to test equipment when I need an outside source.

I have a bit of a mini-contest with a real prize. If someone can design a Law enforcement badge design w/transparent background, with the words Brony Intelligence Department (B.I.D.) with the motto of your choosing (must be serious and reflect the Brony community values) I will mail the winner a Crystal Rainbow Dash keychain. png is preferred format, along with a SVG if you know how. @cabal Hm. Between here, the Facebook Brony group I'm in, and the Ohio Forum I'm quite enjoying it, and the sense of community is still pretty high (Although, I'll admit RDN is the lowest of the three).

@cabal I wouldn't say so. When it started, it seemed centered on /co/, which was 99.9% anonymous. That's not a community in my mind as there are no individuals. Nobody knew anybody else, and it was pure pony discussion, but that was it. Eventually, things developed - RDN, fimchan, ponibooru, !EqDawn, Synchtube, the whole scene. Many of these weren't anonymous; people picked handles, came to know each other. Friendships developed, but tensions also did. Not everyone gets along with everyone else. But that is part of a community. To keep it relatively short, I'd say that from the beginning, we've *gained* a sense of community more than lost it; just because it's not easy doesn't mean it's bad. But what the hell do I know?

in my Human Relations class, we just started a Team Activity, and we had a "boundary breaking" thing with the team today. I think I have a mancrush on one of the guys (totally hetero). he's a brony, a #DreamTheater fan, a nerd, he plays DnD, an Atheist (but still interested in religion and stuff), an ENTP (like my dad), and awesome. I'VE NEVER HAD A MANCRUSH LIKE THIS BEFORE

@cabal Certainly the fact that most try to avoid sites like 4chan is true, but lots of forums and places like yahoo answers, that most users check are full of guys who think they know what they're typing, but don't have a real knowledge over the matter.

Purchased a G3 Coconut Grove at a thrift store for 47 cents! I was surprised at the condition she was in. Clean up was easy peasy, and she still carried her coconut scent!
