!mnbronies Paul Hoffman is told me he would be willing to hold a premier party. I've been to his place before and he and his parents are really cool people. If you'd like to contact him about the premier you can call 952-898-2606 (house phone, ask for paul) and find out address and time of the event. He lives in Lakeville.

!mnbronies So I know I'm way behind now, but it just occurred to me today - anyone thought about seeing if the Geek Partnership would be willing to host a premiere, or at least future viewing parties? http://www.geekpartnership.org ..I know they have played host to some other local events, though MLP may not be welcomed there or 'geeky' enough IDK. Maybe if we offered something like everyone tosses in $2 to donate to the GPS, and bring your own snacks/drinks? I'm not sure - e-mailing the GPS and asking too many questions about it.

I'll polish up !notsafeforediblefillies when I think up more to do with the design. !mnbronies It is now one week until the season two premier. Right now we need to figure out who is willing to hold premier parties. Conditions for volunteering: 1. Must have The HUB (obviously) 2. Must have plenty of sleeping space, or at least willing to let people camp out in a tent in your backyard. BYO tent. 3. If you live with your parents you must get their permission for several strange people to sleep over (lol). If you're interested in offering your place to hold a premier party Friday evening please @ me.

@emofluttershy @emofluttershy There's been some discussion on the mnbronies page about getting together for a party the day season 2 starts; obviously the main point is to WATCH the episode, but everything else has been up in the air; Some have said they might be able to rent out a room at a library, others have said that we'd maybe meet up at someone's house, and well... Yeah. Very little has been nailed down to my knowledge, and that worries me given how close the big day is.

( !eqdaily so people see this ) The Tumblr ponies have a good side as well. One of the OC ask accounts, named BassDrop, posted this message 4 hours ago: ((I have four bottles of pills here. Empty. See ya guys.)) The entire Tumblr brony network galvanized and went into overdrive, tracking him down, praying for him, and working to find more information about him. They eventually figured out that he was a Marine, and was able to alert his unit's commander. He then worked with the suicide hotline and got him into hospital before death. Thanks to this incredible fandom, a person who might have died tonight is now still alive. Good work, bronies.

!mnbronies Sorry for the last empty message, as I accidentally hit "enter" too soon. Sadly, I was too busy moving into my new apartment on the 27th to attend the meetup at ValleyFair. I hope those of you that attended had a good time and that I will be able to attend a future meetup. I live in Chaska now, but I can still easily drive to Minneapolis/St. Paul, as I drove from St. Paul to Eden Prairie every day to get to work for four years, so long drives do not bother me. ;)
