This will be held at Ultimate Power Martial Arts & Fitness Center in Orlando Florida. This will be an all ages event and is not limited to those in the CFB group. There will be a fee of 5 dollars per person to help cover the cost of food/rent. Alongside the usual overdose of ponies and general meet up shenanigans, we have several activities planned such as trivia, nerf war, and even a small rave. @tenure Awesomely! I just have a few revisions to make in the paper, and then I'm good to go. Likewise, yesterday I had a job interview at a forensic engineering firm where the local office focuses on geotechnical investigations (right now, all they're doing is sinkhole investigations, but they will expand their operations in the future). The interview went very VERY well, and I basically have a nonformal job offer with a formal offer letter coming sometime next week or the following.

@tenure There's not really a hypothesis. It was a hypothesis test (I'm testing someone else's theory) using a novel modeling method, well, novel for the study area at least. I can tell you all about it in person on Wednesday since it will take up a ton of space to write it out here, and I'm certain that most the teens and young 20-somethings dominating this board could care less.

( !eqdaily so people see this ) The Tumblr ponies have a good side as well. One of the OC ask accounts, named BassDrop, posted this message 4 hours ago: ((I have four bottles of pills here. Empty. See ya guys.)) The entire Tumblr brony network galvanized and went into overdrive, tracking him down, praying for him, and working to find more information about him. They eventually figured out that he was a Marine, and was able to alert his unit's commander. He then worked with the suicide hotline and got him into hospital before death. Thanks to this incredible fandom, a person who might have died tonight is now still alive. Good work, bronies.

@tenure Yeah, my voice is a little tired, too. Also, apparently I got into a fight with the "Octavia" on RDnetwork who is also a Mod on BronyState. I figure it's a dude.. but he (or she) had the audacity to say that I'm not Octavia even though I am... so to speak. Literally.
