  1. @maiyannah It's a WWII game, Germans were understaffed, suicide runs when not needed were counterproductive to the war effort.

  3. @scribus Did cops do something now?

Thursday, 17-Aug-17 01:21:57 UTC from web in context
  4. @maiyannah No, I mean, why do that? he was supposed to assist the other guy, not do a suicide run against a car without enough armor to survive the AT rifle.

  5. >Enemy armored car
    >Ask for an AT rifle unit
    >Send them to a treeline
    >Order squad to take out car when it gets close enough
    >Rifle guy starts taking shots at it
    >Assistant guy suddenly starts sprinting
    >60 meters of open field between treeline and armored car
    >Guy runs at it under fire, AT grenade in hand
    >Makes it to car, almost dead
    >Puts grenade in the car's back
    >Grenade explodes, guy is thrown back by the explosion and lands in critical condition

  7. @gameragodzilla Not sure how the nutrient balance would affect him in the long run (for example artic explorers who ate a lot of seal liver had health complications due to excess of certain vitamins and elements) but it /could/ work.

  8. @gameragodzilla About 4200 in 60 eggs. Which means he could live just fine if he ate 60 eggs in the morning and another small meal at night that gave him the rest of required nutrients, considering he was buff and probably spent all day doing tough manly jobs like chopping wood and lifting stuff. He'd be having the calory intake of a bodybuilder and working out all day, thus being the strongest guy in town. All of this is surprisingly coherent.

  9. @gameragodzilla If they cost the same as they do here, about $140 a month. Not that expensive.

  30. @vriska For the last 70 years the US foreign policy has been "field troops in countries that aren't a direct threat to us", I don't think soldiers can complain if they sign up for it anyway. There's no conscription, so it's safe to assume anyone who's in the armed forces is perfectly fine with it. Otherwise they just wouldn't join.
