@policeman I would say I'm addicted less to the ponies and more to the community. MY last experience in fandoms was anime, and it took me years to figure out I dislike the anime fanbase. I've tried year after year to connect with members of the community, socialize contribute etc, but their introverted and anti-social ways pushed me away. Also, apparently after Death Note it was either Yaoi fanservice or go home kind of fandom. (Not Death Note's fault, just saying for timeline). The brony community is much more social, more open and accepting, and people recognize I exist regardless of whether I directly address them or not. bronies know how to have a fandom, what can I say?
