@eaglehooves This year it depends on which module: C for the systems module, Scala (a Java VM-based one, but not the same language) for the distributed/networking stuff, and a mix of C and C++ for the other modules. Still not entirely what I'd have chosen, but there's variety enough that it doesn't just turn into "UGH JAVA".
