@renovatedkitchen I think dairy making me sick has been harder than not eating land meats. It's difficult in my area to find good food that doesn't have butter or cheese. I eat at home a lot. Which saves me money, so it works. The smell of certain meats make me sick now, too. Chicken and turkey are the worst.
