@renovatedkitchen She keeps telling it to me and I keep forgetting. I think it's a wild and brown rice mix, carrots, celery, tofu, shitake mushrooms, broccoli, onions... maybe some other veggies and red miso paste to taste. If you have a fever you can make it spicy, too, by adding cayenne, I think. It'll help you break the fever, I guess. If I'm remembering correctly.
