@renovatedkitchen I wouldn't go that far. We live a rather good life, we don't have to hunger, we hardly have to fear for our lifes and we have freedoms former generations didn't even dream of. At least something was done right. About Obama: I'm not 100 percent in favour of everything he does but I'd argue he is by far the best american president of my lifetime.
