@greydragon412 Bwahahaha, do it! Make sure they're not allergic to the jelly in it, though, and that they're not wearing their favorite clothes or something. ... And that the balloon is a cheaper water-bomb style thing, because if it doesn't break on contact, it might actually hurt a bit.
