@redenchilada Mostly, yes, but the start menu could've forced a better organisation. For example, KDE's start menu forced software in categories based on the program name, never mentioning the company. GNOME2, Xfce and LXDE do the same and GNOME3 just shows a complete list of all programs with their icons without any menu.
