@xeleanorxrigbyx sorry to hear :( I sorta have the same fear. One time me and friends wanted to see who could swim deepest (no scuba gear). I kept going down till I was absolutely freezing from the depth. Could barely see the surface, and that's when I noticed I was out of air. I manage to calm myself and go stay focused when under extreme situations. Otherwise it's just clumsy me. Was pretty lucky. Sometimes I like doing things that I know I fear just to prove to myself I can do them. I hate cliff jumping though. :/
