@snowcone It is very hard to judge how far a knife will sink into an unknown material until you have done it frequently enough. Like with Butter, or Oranges, or any form of meat you can find in the kitchen. ( I am a cook as a part-timer ) untill you have done it enough times. Now Immagine peeling an Orange with a knife but you being able to feel the pain of said Orange... You will fail !
