@nerthos that's good, but only part of it. Like I said, unless their removal is done and a solution to issues is found by the people, the people will wind up powerless in the end. Some peoples are willing to be powerless, and others are not. My culture is one that has long resisted its people being powerless. Lots of turbulence of course...
