  1. @snowcone For instance, it is SOOO easy to get money in vanilla and G&K for some if not most trade goods and strategic resources ( they are to be found on tiles, Iron would be a strategic resource, and gemstones would be a trade-good ) generate money aswell as the recourse/goods. You can use money to buy a variaty of things. At one point in the game of G&K I got over 1000 gold per turn, effectively just "buying" myself military units when under a siege. expanding my kingdom by sheer show of force or bribes... all feuled by cash... In BNW however, tiles do not generate money anymore, but the value of trade goods and strategic resources have been quadruppled ( about ) for the AI players, Also you can make trade-routes. ( Which need to be defended against pirates. Either sand or sea or forrest, or barbarians, depending on your type of trade-route )
