@rarity I thought the de Lancie doc was a very respectful look at the fandom as a whole, though it didn't touch on *everything*, exactly. It was made quite a while ago, and took a while to compile. It's worthwhile to view and support because it intends to change public views of us as a whole into something more positive. I can't imagine why somebody would chide that intent.
