@chaikagaz I consider that theory applies in the real world, there's obvious signs of it, yet it's not the ideal way to do things in my opinion. I'd rather have a moral or intellectual elite in power than an economic one. Or a qualified democracy for that matter. Grant the power to vote only to people who know what they're doing, thus reducing greatly the risk of corruption in government and spread of it.
