Animators are not given an easy time on YouTube. I know this, I have known this. But I'm double kiwied by the fact that I'm so damn bad at it. Commissions are not an option because there are people who churn out more in a shorter amount of time and of higher quality, so who would want to buy from me? I'm not nearly at the audience base where I can profitably sell merch. People have tried Patreon, but if people block ads on my videos there's no way in hell they'll want to PAY me. I have been screwed by my choice of profession, and there is literally nothing else in this world that I am good at. I'm going to end up working a 9 to 5 job at Wal-Mart.
