@scribus For retirement I'd say try to aim for dealing with whatever debts you might have then put your money on buying land in semi-urban areas that are going to grow in the next few decades. Then you can slowly invest in building a couple little apartments in that land, as bricks and metals don't have an expiration date, so once you're old you can live on the rent. That's how people tend to do it over here so they don't have to worry about state-managed retirement money not being enough.
