@northernnarwhal IMO the issue was that you took things way too seriously, seeing opposing arguments as hostile or as if people were trying to deny your view completely, when it wasn't the case. Most of the time people weren't taking it as a big issue and were surprised you did. That time is the best example I can think of. No one will argue with you over memes of all things in a serious manner. There was a clear joke air to it which I think you didn't notice.
