@sim It's funny because it has been proven long ago that intelligence is not a thing that can be measured quantitatively, rather being divided into sub areas that deal with specific situations like social intellect, logic intellect, and so on. But the ones complaining about this are probably unaware of even that. The reasonable thing is that different populations would evolve the areas of intellect most useful to their environment further. For example in an open plain being able to remember complex winding paths is useless, while in a heavily forested or uneven ground it's crucial.
