@ladestitute If MBAM hasn't picked anything up, it's pretty unlikely that there's anything there. It's exceptionally good. If you're still concerned, Nod32 and Kaspersky both offer fully functional trials you can use to scan and if necessary, remove any active infections you have at the moment. They offer (I believe, my data is a little old) the best detection rates on the market. If you have reason to believe you might be infected, it's also worth running a check for Rootkits. I don't know what version of windows you're running, but there's a range of tools available here: http://www.techsupportalert.com/best-free-rootkit-scanner-remover.htm I use F-secure's blacklight tool on XP, and Kaspersky's TDSS on 7. Both are free.
