@scribuscooper One thing to bring up: I've been taught by my mom to keep banking and debit/credit/online payments separate so that's why I originally thought of having two seperate accounts for such things. Restrictions?...far as I know, not sure. My conneciton is too godamn slow to load the site for the other savings account.
