@andranator2 I'm sure it's nothing you've not heard before. Keep it covered, obviously, with a soft bandage. If you must remove it, do so with a sterilized needle (a normal sewing needle, heated---then allowed to cool! Will do). But some sterile thread (you can take some from first aid gauze) through the needle. Draw it though, then snip off the thread, leaving it protruding from both sides. This will wick away moisture without exposing the damaged tissue beneath. Done it a zillion times to blisters from hiking and marching.
