    @ceruleanspark It is implied by Hearth's Warming Eve that moving the sun (and by extension the moon) is something that can be done with unicorn magic; presumably, it just happened to be Celestia's special talent (hence her cutie mark). Being a winged unicorn besides that seems to have granted her additional power beyond her talent. This is all just my own personal theorizing though.
