@awg Yeah, they mostly go for dead things or (particularly chimangos) big bugs in the morning/afternoon. They'll hit a mouse or other small thing if they come across one.
I guess they could take a juvenile rabbit but not a big one. Not enough mass to pin it down well enough to claw/bite at the neck. -

@awg Yeah it seemed weird to me to see "caracara chimango" when it's actually a phalcoboenus.
Then again it's also weird as some call the phalcoboeni caranchos even though the caracara is the proper carancho. -

@detectivehyde @awg I've never seen magpies, so I can't tell how mangoty they are. Potato Knishestiest bird around here are pigeons. Coolest is probably caracara though horneros are also great.
