@rotation Which, since no-one drives, will get you nothing but wasted fuel. Clearly, you are not ready for survival in today's harsh reality. Good thing I hope to make it to the meetup in January, so I can say a proper goodbye before the snow apocalypse comes and the wolves move in to prey on the weak.

@creideiki Forgot? No... I just don't think that there'll be a way to watch season two while we're together. Although less than ideal, the idea is that we'd wait until going to our separate homes and watch on our lonesomes. I'd have organised it for a different day, but weekdays have work and Sundays have poor public transport.

Someone mentioned the blog post to Equestria Daily, so that's popped up on the Nightly roundup. Current plan is to meet up on the Saturday! Now all I need to do is work out some way of getting everyone's contact details in one place to keep in touch...

So I've got something to work from, how about meeting on the 23rd/24th/25th of September? It's a weekend so should be good for most of us. I've heard back from one brony, but that's it so far... anywhere else I can advertise? I've contacted the brit bronies DA group http://britbroniesunited.deviantart.com/ but other than that I'm not sure. If I can get at least 4/5 people interested I'll throw something together for Equestria Daily and ask if Seth will advertise it there.

Okay, so I've so far done little to nothing after setting this group up... twitter-style things really aren't my thing. So, what times/days/places suit people? I'm tempted by meeting up in Princes Street Gardens and collapsing there if it's sunny... and if it isn't, shuffling off to a fast-food chain or something to stay dry. Any suggestions on activities or competitions? Organising something within the next two weeks would be cool!
