  8. @purpletinker Is there a listing of mods somewhere, so I know who to harass in the inevitable event that somepony is harassing me?

  9. @purpletinker Seems like that could be dangerous :p I might be interesting in purchasing a few days soon, does one merely email you and be like "I WANT DIS!" ?

  10. @purpletinker Yeah, I actually like that system a lot. It's quite fair, and can allow for much silliness. Is there a limit to how many days one can buy?

  11. @purpletinker Well this is a very one-sided opinion from you. I feel kinda slighted that you call them *his* Ohio meetups, which have been quite successful and aren't just run by him, but by a group of four of us including myself. My take on the matter is that the site should be neutral towards meetups and cons; it's not really a battle over popularity in the first place and it's a mild abuse of power to pimp your own gigs simply because you have the ability to. Personally I think it'd be best to randomly highlight a meetup from anywhere, whether yours, or ours, or Calgary's, our whatever. As to PG-13, I was under the impression that he wasn't even for that. It's a silly, silly rule. *shrug* There's always been far too much bitterness between you two and far too little collaboration, and that's no good. I truly hope that somehow you guys can work things out, as friendship is magic, duh. But srsly, this situation saddens me.

  15. @starshine Aww, I am a sad. It had good potential and good ideas going in. Back when /g/ actually collaborated on things rather than just 24/7 trolling..

  19. @leonkfox Pretty much. 7 actually accomplished everything Vista set out to accomplish and failed at.

  20. @leonkfox I thought they were superbly executed for simultaneously containing the item placement for 4 separate times. But that certainly leads to a bit of an awkward feel in some instances. Still, it's my favorite Sonic game. It feels like all of the good things from 2 except now with more good things. I've always felt like 3 & Knux tried too hard to be a true epic and missed the mark.

  21. @pinhooves Vista's fine if you have a computer powerful enough to handle it. It's even harder to wrestle under control than 7 is tho; you can disable UAC in 7 with the click of a button, in Vista you can only sorta stop it from being annoying via the control panel... it takes much more voodoo to actually get rid of it. 7 is just like Vista, polished. But yeah, the default settings are all geared for first-time computer users.
