  5. @silverbrony Here is what I mean. God is Luna and Celestia's father not by blood, but rather because he created them to rule and because he calls them his Daughters. Similar to how God created us to rule and calls us all his children

  13. @silverbrony I love Chrome over Firefox cause of some of it's features I use daily. But that's just me personally. (Right click > Close tabs to the right being something I'd LOVE on Firefox.) Also Chrome's JavaScript engine is like 4x faster.

  21. @silverbrony my reasons were legit - I can't understand the purpose of pop music's formulation to save my life, hence lolwut, and with music the music has to sound good AND the song has to speak to me. If the lyrics are about taking the pickup truck to town (not all country but a helluvalot), or about trying to win back a girl (pop), or about being the most street and having a gun to back you up (not all rap but a helluvalot), or about trying to win back a girl (rock), I just can't get into it. Music I like, I do because it champions my perspective of the world. Love and hate come and go, the vernacular changes, and sounds themselves change over the years, but anger (metal) is forever. If i'm going to listen to a song, it best be about slaying demons, or in Iron Maiden's case, personalized perspectives of written history.

  23. @silverbrony and you're only weird because you don't understand - it's totally cool if you don't like metal! It's just important you understand

  24. @silverbrony lol you're weird, but I can save you from that. This is why people are attracted to metal: 1. Pop lolwut 2. rap doesn't communicate to them at all 3. country lolwut 4. radio rock getting close but seems to sing about crap I don't give a pony about 5. techno/trance/electronica/etc "so wait if I hear 1 minute of the song I've heard the whole song?" 6. metal "by the gods of greyskull, demons be damned and prophecies praised!" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OatAcPIyPyg This is my alarm every morning

  26. @silverbrony I think by this point "metal" is too broad of a term to use quite like that... Not to say you're wrong to dislike it, that's just like your opinion man.

  27. @silverbrony And I'll never understand people's attraction to Pop. It's always the same, overly repetitive and in 9 out of 10 cases about sex. What do you listen to if I may ask? :P
