@sunflowershimmer Do you have disability programs in your schools? You might not be able to help vt3c. Even I can't do anything without tons of money and the will to move to where he lives and hire and investigator or something.

@sunflowershimmer you'd very likely only be able to effect change in your own area, and having or at least knowing a child in vt3c's position whose family wants to fight the system would also be important.

@vt3c @sunflowershimmer I think it might help if somepony were to sue the school and organizations in charge of doing it, but that would attract a lot of attention and be difficult for whichever student it revolved around. The publicity would hopefully garner public support for the student and their family, etc. As for reporting, I don't see that helping since they're not strictly breaking any laws.
