@miloth Point being taken, if an Alicorn OC is pretty much looked down upon for a promising social status, what's a nice way to tell a friend that she needs to make her OC a normal pegasus or unicorn, even earth pony?

@macpony55 Maybe making an Alicorn is alright, but my friend is making an OC, and I don't know the right way to tell her that making her the eldest sister of the Royal Sisters, in charge of the stars at night, and is way better than anyone is a total Mary-Sue. Should I be blunt, or let her go on about her fantasy?

@thesinistergreydragon412 You've got a pretty good point there, thanks for your opinion, my friend's making an OC, and I need to tell her gently that maybe making her an Alicorn is going overboard. Magic hasn't let me down THAT often.
